Another Wednesday weigh-in. I was back on the full Ideal Protein protocol for the first week since we came home. And good news. True story: I lost 15 inches between last week and today. Bye bye, Christmas bloat. Since I regained what I had lost, I’m restarting my weekly losses.

Ideal Protein weigh-in #3
I had my third Ideal Protein weigh-in today and couldn’t think of a better title. I’m down one whole pound and another 3.5 inches. Totals: 5.5 pounds and 11.5 inches. Whoopie. I realize that muscle weighs more than fat, but I have to think that the scale in going to have to start dropping soon….

Cheater, cheater, pumpkin eater
Weigh-in number two was today. I was expecting to not lose (and possibly gain) weight because of our multiple Thanksgiving dinners. I also confessed my cheating in an attempt for full disclosure. Since last week, I lost no pounds but an additional 3.5 inches bringing my total losses to 4.5 pounds and 8 inches. Whoot….
