Weigh-in number two was today. I was expecting to not lose (and possibly gain) weight because of our multiple Thanksgiving dinners. I also confessed my cheating in an attempt for full disclosure.
Since last week, I lost no pounds but an additional 3.5 inches bringing my total losses to 4.5 pounds and 8 inches. Whoot. I won’t lie, I feel very bloated. But I’m back on the Ideal Protein bandwagon and am even working out again.
With the help of a new pair of Spanx (bought at JCPenney’s for less than $30), my dress for the ball this weekend should look pretty snazzy!
