When I started Ideal Protein, I weighed myself at home on my scale in the garage before heading over to the chiro’s office. My weight matched what the chiro’s scale said. Over the next two weeks, my scale seemed to be about two pounds heavier (no complaints here, honey), so I’ve factored that in when weighing myself.
Today, my morning scale check showed me about a pound or so lighter than last week. But, man was that thing wrong. I am down 3 whole pounds this week! Sadly, I lost no inches because I gained two in my waist (not sure how, my clothes are more lose) that negated my other losses. Pretty good for three actual weeks of dieting. I’m going to start working out again just to keep maintaining a loss of inches each week.
Ideal Protein foods: maple oatmeal, chocolate drink mix, barbeque ridges
