I had my third Ideal Protein weigh-in today and couldn’t think of a better title. I’m down one whole pound and another 3.5 inches. Totals: 5.5 pounds and 11.5 inches. Whoopie. I realize that muscle weighs more than fat, but I have to think that the scale in going to have to start dropping soon.
Foods for this week: southwest cheese curls, wildberry yogurt drink, and rotini (a new Ideal Protein food).
