Yesterday, I had my weekly Ideal Protein weigh-in. PMS is a bitch, so I was all bloated and generally felt like the Pillsbury Doughboy. Another joyous side effect of this was weight gain. We’re pretty sure I didn’t gain any actual weight because of the inches lost. Everything that appeared around my belly last week is gone, but I haven’t noticed (please see bloating above).

Week 2: maple oatmeal, chocolate drink mix, white cheddar bites
