1776 – David McCullough It’s an easy, informative read that tracks the first year of the Revolution. 1776 actually opens during the siege of Boston in 1775 and ends shortly after the American victory at Princeton in January, 1777. West End Cajun pasta
I really didn’t eat pasta in college, but my main choice was this creamy Cajun pasta sauce. At West End (the premiere dining hall on campus), you picked a sauce and a pasta from a daily selection. This is not a true “Cajun pasta” recipe, just my recreation of a dish I ate regularly.
