Does anyone else think that 2013 just breezed by? Hopefully, 2014 goes as quickly. Here’s some of what we did this year.
I started off January with my 25for25 challenge. In February, we made man-catching beignets for the Super Bowl. We celebrated Mac’s 27th birthday and our fourth dating anniversary in March. I spent most of April watching Downton Abbey. After Mac got orders in May, we made some last minute visits to see the North Carolina sights. June was a crazy month: we celebrated our first wedding anniversary, went on vacation, and moved to Georgia! Oh, and got a cat. Settling down in Georgia, July saw Mac start his career course. Football season came early in August! And we lost. Whomp whomp. We celebrated my favorite month, September, and my 25th birthday. It took a few months, but we found out that Mac will be deploying again in October. Boo. 20 weeks flew by to Mac’s November graduation from his career course. Hallelujah. We wrapped up 2013 by moving up to Virginia leading up to Mac leaving in December.
What are your highlights of 2013?
It was such a quick year!! So much moving for both of us. And I am beyond happy that the CCC flew by. I hope this deployment zooms by for you!
