Yep. I’m writing a post about how I plan to eat this year.
2. Any workout tips to get us back in shape after the Holidays?
Just do it. For me, the hardest part of the workout is getting out the door.
3. What is your favorite thing you did over the Holidays?
Spent time with Mac, my family, and my friends.
4. What is something you hope that you accomplish in 2014 that you did not in 2013?
Lose weight.
5. Name 3 things happening this year you are excited about and why.
– My sister is getting married in July! No explanation needed 🙂
– A group of my friends are starting a monthly brunch meet-up. It’ll be great to reconnect with my sisters that I haven’t been able to see much the past few years.
– R&R. Again, no explanation needed 😉
