I had my first weigh-in with Ideal Protein today. Generally, you would do it a full week after starting the program, but that falls during the long weekend.
So far (I began on Friday), I’m down about 4.5 pounds and 4.5 inches, with one inch alone from my belly. I like these results. I definitely want to keep up with this to lose a few more inches each week.
