I think my scale is broken
When I started Ideal Protein, I weighed myself at home on my scale in the garage before heading over to the chiro’s office. My weight matched what the chiro’s scale said. Today is my sister Leslie’s 26th birthday. Happy birthday!!!! Mac, Leslie, and her boyfriend, Adam, are all 1986 babies. I’m the odd one out as a 1988 baby. We haven’t always gotten along, and once fought like cats and dogs. I’m glad that we managed to grow out of that phase and become good friends, not only sisters. My sorority sister, Jane at Taingamala, is hosting a “Questions for Christmas” link-up. When do you start decorating for Christmas? I’m strictly an after-Thanksgiving decorator. My older sister’s birthday is December 11, so we would wait until after her birthday growing up. Christmas attire, casual or dressy? How do you measure a year?
A year ago today, Mac came from after a 367 day deployment to Afghanistan. Considering we went eight months from when he left to R&R, the four months to the end of his tour breezed by (we spent three months apart several times my senior year of college).
