So our much-anticipated NSYNC reunion happened last night at the VMAs. Sort of. Basically, Justin Timberlake starts kind of performing but mostly is just dancing around to a remix of his really popular songs. My heart is racing. Where are they? Was this just some horrible hoax?
And then I hear some familiar bars of music. JT runs to another stage. Four men start coming up through the stage. I scream like the 10 year old who bought their first album in 1998. Mac wakes up in confusion after I start hitting him in excitement.
IT’S ACTUALLY HAPPENING.
In my delusional joy, I attempt to text my sister and find my fingers unable to function.
I’m shaking. My heart is now pounding. I don’t know why they keep showing One Direction. Just show NSYNC.
And then it’s over. WHAT THE HELL, MTV? THAT’S ALL WE GET AFTER ELEVEN @(#*%!#$#$%$%^#^&%^&%&* YEARS?
And I finally heard Justin’s new song “Mirrors.” For those of y’all who are married or have found THE ONE, this song really tugs at the heartstrings. Even if you never cheated or broke up on your celebrity wife, it’s still a sweet message.
I REALLY enjoyed the JT and NYSNC performance! It took me back a few years š I was so sad it was over so soon!! It’s like I didn’t have enough time to even comprehend what was REALLY happening before it was over! ha! Miley definitely scared me, too .. I think my jaw was on the floor her entire performance. Did you see the picture floating around of Will Smith and his family during her performance?! I laugh so hard every time I see it. š
JT was awesome! I was surprised that NSYNC’s time on stage was so limited.

I was so surprised to see them dancing how they were. I can’t imagine that was easy for some of them.. Hahaha! Nonetheless, it was awesome!
