Keto snacks

Who out there is a snacker? Raises both hands. I also call myself a grazer because I tend to graze and eat small little snacks throughout the day. Snacks > meals. So I obviously love food. I pack a bunch of keto snacks every day to keep myself on track and to avoid the temptation of the office donuts. When I buy these snacks, I portion them out or prep them to have them handy when I pack my lunch every day. The Atkins-branded products are easy and sweet treats. They are normally under 4-5 net carbs each.

Veggie dippers (cucumber slices, carrot sticks, celery, broccoli, cauliflower) with full-fat veggie dip or salad dressing
Berries with Reddi-wip
Black olives and most olives on the olive bar (how many times can I say olives?)
Avocado
Pickles (gross)

Deli

Italian meats with cheese (we buy these pre-made as rolls at the grocery store or Sam’s Club)
String cheese
Cheese snacks
Fried bread cheese (yum, try this immediately)
Pimento cheese (buy it all)
Guacamole
Other low-carb dips and spreads (spinach-artichoke or buffalo chicken are our favorites)

Pantry

Blue Diamond almonds (I love the salt and vinegar, smokehouse, sriracha, sweet Thai chili, and habanero barbecue flavors)
Atkins snacks and bars
Cheese crisps (great on their own or as a dipper)
Low-carb tortillas (toast these in the oven for another dipper)
