Beauty is a very important facet in today’s society. We have tons of products, clothes, and companies to help us achieve what we think is or what society has deemed beautiful. To me, personal beauty is more than just outward looks. Beauty is a way of mind and a lifestyle. You are only as beautiful as you think yourself to be. Sadly, some people put too much stock (in my opinion) in the thoughts of others. Confidence is also important. Your level of self-confidence goes a long way in how beautiful you think you are and how others perceive you.
I’m going to get real deep here and use two examples of how confidence affects beauty. One, Anne Boleyn, was a real woman, and the other, Scarlett O’Hara, not so much. But both of these women were described as not traditionally beautiful but as extremely captivating. They both possessed a high level of self-confidence and used their own surety to influence people’s opinions of them. Beauty is what you make it; confidence and a good personality are even more important.

I love that you said beauty is a way of mind. It’s true that too many people rely on others and other things to make them feel beautiful.
