Keto at Sam’s Club and Costco

A few days ago, I shared my weekly keto grocery shopping list. Once a month or so, we also shop at Sam’s Club or Costco. Keeping keto at Sam’s Club and Costco may be more cost-effective for you because buying in bulk tends to be cheaper. We have found products at better prices or in better quantities than in our regular grocery stores. Sam’s Club and Costco also carry products regionally, so you may find more, different, or fewer keto-friendly products depending upon where you live. We buy produce in smaller amounts because we generally can’t eat club-sizes packages before they go bad. We buy pantry items and stuff that can freeze in larger quantities to reduce the number of overall trips we make. This list is a good summary of the foods we buy that are keto at Sam’s Club and Costco.
