A few days ago, I shared my weekly keto grocery shopping list. Once a month or so, we also shop at Sam’s Club or Costco. Keeping keto at Sam’s Club and Costco may be more cost-effective for you because buying in bulk tends to be cheaper. We have found products at better prices or in better quantities than in our regular grocery stores. Sam’s Club and Costco also carry products regionally, so you may find more, different, or fewer keto-friendly products depending upon where you live. We buy produce in smaller amounts because we generally can’t eat club-sizes packages before they go bad. We buy pantry items and stuff that can freeze in larger quantities to reduce the number of overall trips we make. This list is a good summary of the foods we buy that are keto at Sam’s Club and Costco.

Romaine lettuce
Spinach
Zucchini
Asparagus
Cucumbers
Peppers
Onions
Any other keto-friendly vegetables in stock or in season
Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

Cheese – our Sam’s Club and Costco carry a wide selection of keto cheeses; we generally buy whichever ones look tasty or fit in our meal plan that week
Kerrygold butter (sticks and tubs)
String cheese and cheese snacks
Sliced cheese
Fresh mozzarella (low-moisture is great for dough, normal to use as a topping)
Grated parmesan
Full-fat sour cream
Full-fat cream cheese

The rotisserie chickens were such a life saver when we were doing keto and our other high protein diet!

I don’t think I’d bought one before a few weeks ago. I don’t know what I was waiting on because they are so stinking easy.
