Today’s prompt is my travel bucket list. If I ever win the lottery or just become fabulously wealthy, I’ll spend months and years exploring everything our world has to offer.
One of my 30 by 30 goals was to visit all 50 states. Just Hawaii and Alaska are left, so those are at the top of my list.
I have to include continental Europe. It’s cliché, but there are so many places I want to see.
Mac and I finally bought a US National Park passport, and I would love to check off every park in one state. Our national park system has over 400 sites, so it’s not as easy as it seems (Colorado has 12, and the states with fewer are a bit further than a weekend trip).
What places are on your travel bucket list?

I hope you get to go to Hawaii this year! It’s such a beautiful place especially Maui. 🙂

Two beautiful states! I lived in both and I love them both!

Hawaii and Alaska would be amazing trips! I’d love to visit both. I’ve heard great things about Alaskan cruises and apparently there is a cruise that goes to all the different islands of Hawaii. Sounds lovely. I’d love to see more national parks and finish our 50 state tour.

I didn’t realize there were sooo many national parks. That may be something Tom and I have to add to our bucket list!

I wish I’d known about the US National Park passport when I lived in the States! What a cool thing!

Lisa – my husband (who is a Hokie!) and I are doing all the National Parks (59). I have been looking all over for a map of the united states with the national properties AND major roads. Just like the map you’ve included here. Where did you find it??? I would love to order a large wall version!!
