I am running my second half-marathon a month from today. I definitely have not been training as much as I should be, largely because I’m totally unmotivated. I’ve been stuck in a funk since Mac’s leave ended, and I’m trying my best to break through that. I also have a bunch of trips planned over the next few weekends which make training even more complicated. But miles are miles, and I’m packing my shoes.
Do y’all have any advice for getting through an exercise rut?

I know you can do it. It’s tough when you are in a rut believe me been there done that. Start out just going for walks and then add in running again. It can be tough but you can do it!

I’m about to start trying to run. There’s a 5K coming up and I swear it’s going to kill me. I know, I know.. It’s only like 2 miles…
