Strawberry lemon icebox cake

Ingredients

  • 1 family size package of lemon Oreos
  • 1 package of vanilla Oreo thins
  • 1 pound of strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 32-ounce container of Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Spread about a cup of Cool Whip evenly across a 9×9 dish.
  2. Crumble one sleeve of lemon Oreos and layer over the Cool Whip. Top with one third of the sliced strawberries. Spread another cup of Cool Whip over the strawberries.
  3. Crumble one sleeve of the vanilla Oreo thins and layer over the Cool Whip. Top with another third of the sliced strawberries. Spread a cup of Cool Whip over the strawberries.
  4. Crumble a second sleeve of lemon Oreos and layer over the Cool Whip. Spread a cup of Cool Whip over the Oreos. Top with the remaining strawberries and a few crumbled Oreo thins.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4-6 hours.
  6. Slice and serve.
