- 6 cups of Cocoa Krispies cereal
- 1 10-ounce bag of strawberry marshmallows
- 6 tablespoons of butter
- 1 ounce bag of freeze-dried strawberries
- 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Spray a microwave-safe bowl with cooking spray. Pour marshmallows and butter into bowl and microwave for 1-2 minutes until marshmallows are beginning to melt.
- Coat a spatula with cooking spring. Stir marshmallow and butter mixture until smooth. Fold in cereal a cup at a time and stir to coat with marshmallows.
- Roughly chop freeze-dried strawberries. Add chopped strawberries and mini chocolate chips to cereal mixture. Stir until everything is coated and combined.
- Spray a 9×13 pan with cooking spray or line with parchment paper. Transfer the Rice Krispie mixture to the pan and press evenly in pan. Allow to cool before cutting.
- Slice in bars or use a cookie cutter to create fun shapes.

Notes
- You can substitute plain marshmallows if you can’t find strawberry marshmallows.
- You can also substitute regular chocolate chips if you don’t have mini chocolate chips.
