After Mario took us on an unwanted trip to a perfume factory, we finally made it to the Eiffel Tower. We walked up only to discover that he hadn’t picked up our tickets even though we got there about 40 minutes after our designated time. But we made it to the top to take in the incredible views of Paris. If you look closely, you can the Les Invalides (a military veteran hospital built by Napoleon), Notre Dame, Sacre Coeur Cathedral, and the Louvre, amongst others. Like many European cities, Paris is pretty dense, so you get a whole level of appreciation for how large the urban area is from this height.

Oh gosh, Paris has my heart because it was my first international trip as a teenager! Those views are still as incredible as I remember them. Hope you had the best time!

Great pictures! So I haven’t been blogging, but trying to get back into it 🙂 I’m checking in on my old fave blogs. Glad to see you are still actively blogging (so many aren’t from a couple years ago)!
