Friday confessions

I confess that I started writing this post on Sunday…

I confess that this conversation happened this week (I’m talking to one of the undergrads in my office):

Me: Well, at least it’s Wednesday. We’re more than halfway to Friday.

Cole (the undergrad): It’s Tuesday, Lisa.

I confess these past two weeks have been insane. Between move-in and the first week of classes, we’ve had tons of programming and events. I got maybe 3 hours of actual work done in the 60-odd hours I’ve worked.

Because of this, I confess that today has a high chance of day drinking.

I confess that I went to Target to find a new planner and spent $175. And bought these awesome Mean Girls shirts. #sorrynotsorry #donttellmac
