Ingredients
Scale
- 3 cups of nuts (I used pecans, you can use whatever you prefer)
- 1 cup of sugar
- 4 tbsp. of water
- 1 tsp. of vanilla
- 1 tsp. of cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. of salt
Instructions
- Combine sugar, water, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in large saucepot.
- Bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
- Stir in nuts to coat evenly.
- Spread on a lined cookie sheet (I use non-stick tin foil) to cool.
- Cool completely and break apart.
