Non-scale victories

Katie over at KTJ Weighing In hosts a weekly link-up called “Non-scale victories.” The point is to not focus on the scale when losing weight but to remember the other little victories that occur along the way. Here are some of my non-scale victories.

– Moving down two pant sizes this year
– Clothes that were tight when purchased now fit
– Running farther and faster without stopping (even if it’s still not that far)
– Making better food choices every day (I wish you could understand the will power I need to only eat two slices of pizza)
– Meeting several of my weight loss goals so far (running a half-marathon, losing 35 pounds)
