In case you’ve been hibernating and not watching the weather, it’s cold outside. Apparently, a lot of people were strangely fascinated to see how quickly the temperature would drop as this polar vortex swirled chaos and anarchy into our lives. I was no different, and you lucky ducks even get to see how cold it got here in Falls Church. Our high today is a brisk 19 degrees Fahrenheit. Compare that to you Minnesotans and Chicagoans, it’s a veritable tropical vacation.
How low can the temperature go? Who has the coldest high today? Alex, I do not want to hear you gloating in Hawaii.
When we got in the car in the garage this morning, the dash read “32”… over the course of the 5 minute drive to the train station, it dropped to ELEVEN. Sooo….. yeah. Brr.

It’s 7 degrees here today on long island, -12ish with the awful windchill, I will gladly take the 32s and 70s today BRR!!
