It’s a sad time on the blog. Nothing bad has happened, except that my favorite lip balm is no more. Last month, The Pioneer Woman wrote about how she bought her husband an apocalyptic supply of Carmex for Christmas. I laughed because last year, I bought over 20 tubes of Cherry Softlips online as no stores in Augusta were carrying it. On a whim, I checked the site where I bought it, AND THEY DON’T CARRY IT ANYMORE. Cue sad panda face.
@hokiearmywife we are currently only manufacturing vanilla and pearl sticks at the moment!

After four pages of search engine results, I’ve discovered that Cherry Softlips is available in Canada but not in these United States. So if any of my Canadian readers are willing to buy me every tube your store carries, I’ll totally pay you back. I’m not actually kidding. I’ll even throw in a bottle of wine (or three).
Sincerely,
A Softlips addict who isn’t quite ready to kick that habit because I live in Colorado and my lips dry out really easily.

I haven’t used Softlips in forever! Such a bummer though.

Oh man I haven’t seen softlips or used it in such a long time!

Aw if I lived in Canada, I’d buy a few tubes for you, Lisa! Such a bummer. *Insert sad face here*

Oh no.. Not even ebay or amazon?

I hear ya. The best lip gloss I ever had was made by Mary Kay over a decade ago. I found some on eBay for a few years but I’ve never found its equal.
