So my weekend started Thursday. We decided to take Purrburger to the vet to get a microchip (it’s required if you want to live on post or go overseas). Turns out, she has a double ear infection, so we now have the joyous task of cleaning out her ears and giving her medicine twice a day.
Friday, I woke up at 5:15 am to head off to Maryland for a sorority sister’s wedding. It was a two hour drive to Atlanta, a two hour flight to Baltimore, and a one hour drive out to Frederick. That’s dedication to your friends. Brian and Annie met when we were freshmen and starting dating during sophomore year. Yes, Annie is my sorority sister, but we sat on Brian’s “side” to try and even things out. Several of our other sisters were late and missed the ceremony, so they had some empty seats.

I flew back Saturday then drove home. Sunday, we went out to watch the Redskins lose. I had a Junior League meeting for our upcoming Holiday Market then made it home to watch Peyton show Eli how to play football.
