  • Author: Lisa

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/4 cups of flour
  • 1/2 cup of raspberry hot cocoa mix
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) of softened butter
  • 1 cup of packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups (or 1 bag) of white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of Mallow Bits

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cream together the butter, sugars, and vanilla until creamy. Beat in the eggs until light and fluffy.
  3. Sift the flour, salt, and baking soda together. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and mix until combined.
  4. Fold in the white chocolate chips and Mallow Bits. The dough will be pretty stiff after you add the chips and Mallow Bits.
  5. Drop rounded tablespoons onto baking sheets. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Cool.

Enjoy!
