This week is Spring Break on campus, and I am super excited. I am still working, but it’s nice to not have students on campus (says the woman entering student affairs). While there are no tropical destinations in my future (and this week’s forecast includes three days of snow), I’m looking forward to normal working hours, ample parking, a blissfully quiet office as none of the undergrads will be around, and a chance to catch up on the random projects and tasks that get pushed to the side each week. I also only have FIVE total meetings (instead of my usual 22). I’ve been participating in the Pure Barre Pure Madness challenge to complete 20 classes in 31 days. My body is feeling it, and I think I may splurge and go for my first massage this week. Hell, I may even get a mani-pedi. I did create a massive and very detailed to-do list of deep clean projects I would like to get done, so this week isn’t all fun and games.
What are your spring break plans? Any tips for a first-time massage experience?

Spoil yourself this week, you have definitely earned it with how busy you have been!

Our Spring Break was last week and we went to Dallas for a few days. It was fun!

Have a great spring break. I hate cleaning, so that list looks dreadful to me. Enjoy that massage, though!!

I hate not having a spring break now that I’m an “adult.” It finally hit me. Ugh.

I feel you. I love when students come back from long breaks, but I am also not sad to start those breaks for some downtime in the office.
