Mac’s block leave dates have been confirmed, so we’re actually planning our vacation. Our last proper vacation was two years ago, and we’re excited for another trip. And it’s one of the things on my summer bucket list.
1. Enjoy the sunshine, if it ever stops raining.
2. Try the new smores Oreos. We don’t have a fire pit or a backyard, so these will have to make do.
3. Visit Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. We originally planned to go this weekend, but Mac was home for 9 hours between the 12th and the 21st. He’s exhausted, so we are hanging out in town.
4. Go on vacation! Right now, we’re planning on some sort of trip to Alaska. I think we’re going to fly there and take the train into Denali.
5. Summit Pikes’ Peak. We might do this if our parents come visit this summer.
