- 1 pound of fresh green beans
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1/2 cup of vinegar
- 1/2 cup of canola or vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of garlic salt
- 1.5 teaspoons of oregano
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Toss the green beans with two tablespoons of oil and spread evenly on a large baking sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until they reach your preferred crispiness.
- Whisk the remaining ingredients together until combined. Chill until needed.
- Toss the roasted green beans in the dressing. Chill for several hours before serving.
