Our Colorado bucket list
Since we’re only going to live in Colorado a few years, I’m making us a list of quintessential things to do while we are here. Because we move so much, I make an effort to explore where we live as much as possible. Creating a Colorado bucket list is a way for me to track what we want to do and what we’ve done. We’re in Colorado Springs, so you can see that a lot of these bucket list items are based around the Springs. Colorado has tons of amazing adventures and opportunities to offer, and you could easily add dozens of other items to your own list. Some of the items I added to our list are things I did when I lived in Colorado as a kid. Some of them are things we’ve never done.
1. Go skiing, snowboarding, or tubing.
2. Attend an outdoor Easter sunrise service.
3. Summit Pikes Peak in our Jeep and on the Cog Railway.
4. Have a romantic dinner at The Broadmoor.
5. See the Sky Sox play.
6. Visit Cripple Creek and ride the narrow gauge railroad.
7. Road trip to Dinosaur National Monument.
8. Celebrate the Fourth of July at Memorial Park.
9. Climb one of the 14ers.
10. Take Mac to a rodeo.
