Crock Pot buffalo chicken sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 block of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of Frank’s Red Hot or other hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 4 soft rolls or buns
  • 4 slices of cheddar or cheddar jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Spray Crock Pot with non-stick spray.
  2. Place chicken breasts in Crock Pot. Add cream cheese, sour cream, and hot sauce.
  3. Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
  4. Shred chicken and stir sauce. Cook on low for additional 30 minutes.
  5. Serve on toasted buns and top with a slice of cheese.

Notes

  • You can add a few tablespoons of Ranch dressing mix if you want a stronger Ranch flavor.
