1. What was your college major? Did you ever change majors?
Food Science was my third major. I started off Biology / pre-med then changed to Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise sophomore year. I switched to Food Science during fall semester of junior year and still graduated on time. Boom.

2. Best purchase you’ve made lately?
I had a hot fudge sundae with caramel ice cream in a waffle cone bowl for dinner last night…

3. Something silly we don’t know about you and go…
When I was younger, I didn’t eat mango because I thought it was flamingo.

4. Favorite Holiday?
Thanksgiving largely because all of the décor is maroon and orange. Also, you can always find squirrels and acorns.

5. The first thing you do when you wake up?
Turn off my alarm.
