- 1 box of Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 can of creamed corn
- 1 can of corn
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1/2 stick of melted butter
- 2 cups of shredded cheese
- 1 tsp of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9×9 square pan.
- Mix corn, Jiffy mix, sour cream, pepper, and butter until well blended. Fold in cheese.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes until set in middle and lightly browned.
Enjoy. Eat the entire pan. Hate yourself. Have no regrets.
