Corn casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 box of Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 can of creamed corn
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 stick of melted butter
  • 2 cups of shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9×9 square pan.
  2. Mix corn, Jiffy mix, sour cream, pepper, and butter until well blended. Fold in cheese.
  3. Bake for 50-55 minutes until set in middle and lightly browned.

Enjoy. Eat the entire pan. Hate yourself. Have no regrets.
