West End buffalo chicken wrap

Ingredients

  • 4 10″ tortillas
  • 1 package of popcorn chicken (we used Tyson frozen)
  • 2 cups of sliced bell peppers (any color)
  • 1/2 cup of buffalo wing sauce (any hotness)
  • 1 cup of cooked rice (optional)
  • 1 cup of shredded lettuce

Instructions

  1. Cook popcorn chicken according to package instruction. Roast vegetables for same time at same temperature as chicken.
  2. Toss hot chicken with buffalo wing sauce.
  3. Layer lettuce on tortilla. Top lettuce with chicken and peppers.
  4. Fold in tortilla sides and roll up.
