Around this time of year, you can pretty much find anything with pumpkin. Pumpkin food, pumpkin drinks, even pumpkin home décor. Hell, Starbucks’ pumpkin spice lattes even have their own hashtags. Umm, #firstworldproblems. Mac happens to love pumpkin flavored foods. His mother knows this and stocks up at Trader Joe’s before they come to visit. This was our latest haul. Pumpkin muffin mix, waffle mix, pudding mix, soup, and granola bars.
We’ll be celebrating Halloween by enjoying some pumpkin shaped ravioli with some pumpkin cream sauce. I’m going to whip up some pumpkin risotto using the pumpkin soup as a base.
Who else loves pumpkin? Do you wish it was available all year?

I love how the pumpkin flavors are in full swing for the season, I have been loving pumpkin flavored coffee drinks and pumpkin pie!

Pumpkin soup?!?! I may need to look into that! Luckily we had a Trader Joe’s open a few weeks ago, so I finally have a place where I can stock up on food like that!
