- 1 eight-count package of brats
- 1 tube of crescent dough
- 2 bottles of beer
Instructions
- Pour the beer in a large stockpot and heat over medium heat.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Place the brats in the beer and simmer for 15-20 minutes (until heated through).
- Unroll the crescent dough on a flat surface and cut into eight even strips.
- Remove the brats from the beer and drain.
- Wrap each brat with a strip of crescent dough and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with spicy mustard or ketchup.
