- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 sticks (1 cup) of softened butter
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 large egg
- 2 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 2 cups of white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream butter, sugars, vanilla, and egg until light and fluffy.
- Stir in flour, salt, and baking soda.
- Fold in chips and nuts. The dough will be pretty stiff, but make sure the nuts and chips are incorporated.
- Press into greased 9×13 pan.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes. Cool completely before slicing.
