So I’m a huge Braves fan. Like 90% of my excitement of moving to Georgia was being about two hours away from Atlanta. 10% was leaving Fayetteville. In the past few years, Mac and I have attended Bobby Cox’s last home series, Chipper Jones’ last home series, and Chipper Jones’ jersey retirement (last night). Yes, I did cry when Chipper Jones retired. Mac laughed at me.

The Braves inducted Chipper into the Hall of Fame yesterday afternoon and officially retired #10 before the game.
Please excuse the lack of photos. My camera cord has wandered away. I’ll update this post with pics when I locate it.

I am also a HUGE Braves fan, and I so wanted to be there for Chippers number retirement ceremony! Sometimes I hate that we are stationed so far away. For the record, I cried when I saw the video footage on Sportscenter!
