Curried chicken salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of cooked chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 23 tsps. of curry powder
  • 1 tsp. of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup of seedless grapes
  • 1/2 cup of diced celery
  • 1/2 cups chopped walnuts or pecans

Instructions

  1. Whisk together mayo or Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, and curry powder.
  2. Toss chicken, grapes, and celery in mayonnaise mixture until well coated.
  3. Chill for at least 30 minutes. Spoon onto sliced croissants.
