Our apartment here in Augusta is three bedrooms, two baths, and about 1300 square feet. It’s a good space for us now and definitely feels different than our five-bedroom house in North Carolina.
The main living area
Our apartment has one central room. We decided to arrange the furniture to create two separate spaces. The dining room is right inside the front door while the family room is at the back of the apartment. The kitchen and walk-in pantry are to the right of the living area.
The bedrooms
Two bedrooms are off of the left side of the central living area. We converted one to a guest room. The other serves as the office. We also have a full bath in between those rooms. Purrburger lost her guest room privileges because she likes to scratch the chair in the corner.
Our master bedroom sits off on the right side of the apartment. We have a full en suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. Fitting all of our furniture in here was a bit of a challenge.

So cute! I love the entertainment center. Which bookcases did you use for the sides? I have been wanting some like that (deeper on the bottom than top) for our office ๐
