Our first night in Paris, our tour guide dropped the ball big time and didn’t make our group of 40 dinner plans. We wound up at a pizzeria right behind our hotel. The food was surprisingly good and soothed our hanger. From there, a group of us headed back into Paris to visit the Arc de Triomphe. The top of the Arc has by far the best view of the city because it includes the Eiffel Tower. 12 avenues start at the Arc in a spoked-wheel pattern, so I made sure to photograph each one. The Champs Elysee is probably the most famous.
